Diving into Our Design

We have been having conversations over the last few months around God being unchanging, and who we are in Him. In this series we are looking at our response to these things, that we were designed to praise God. What is praise truly? And how can we praise God in whatever situation we are in? When Peter stepped out of the boat he was praising God. It may not look like our definition of praise, yet his focus was lifted to adore and look at Jesus above the storm. He was designed to praise and focus on God above all else, and when he did it changed him. Paul and Silas could have had many other responses to finding themselves in prison for obeying God, yet their response was praise. They dived into their God-given design and it changed them.
